Becoming a grand-parent can be a shock to anyone’s system, but when you’re still raising your own children, it can present all kinds of new issues.
Teen parents NEED the support of their families. Families we’ve come into contact with at Father and Child Trust have found the new baby brings a whole new dynamic to their family.
Rather than being ashamed that their children became parents so young, these grand-parents are finding enormous pride and joy in discovering what wonderful parents their children are becoming.
